Panametrics-NDT
5058PR high voltage pulser-receiver is designed especially for ultrasonic
test and measurement applications requiring a high material penetration
capability. Applications include flaw detection, thickness gaging and
material analysis work such as sound velocity, attenuation, scattering
and frequency shift in materials such as coarse grain cast metals; concrete,
stone, soil or sand; composites and fiberglass; very thick plastics or
rubber; highly attenuating liquids, slurries or emulsions; wood and fiberboard;
or air gaps. |

The
5072PR ultrasonic pulser-receiver is designed to provide the high energy,
high gain performance necessary for low frequency investigation of attenuating
materials. It exhibits exceptional signal recovery and low noise performance
over an extended bandwidth suited for thin materials analysis and high
resolution flaw detection. Typical applications include cast metals, graphite
epoxy composites, fiberglass, ceramics, biological specimens, rubber,
geological samples, metals and advanced materials. |

Used
with an oscilloscope and appropriate transducers, the 5073PR pulser-receiver
offers unique measurement and flaw detection capabilities for very high
frequency, high resolution ultrasonic testing. Its 75 MHz bandwidth permits
testing in many applications where lower frequency ultrasonic testing
equipment fails to provide adequate resolution. Typically, the 5073PR
pulser-receiver is used with broadband transducers in the frequency range
of 10 to 50 MHz, in applications involving thin or non-attenuating materials. |

Panametrics-NDT
5077PR ultrasonic pulser-receiver is designed to provide high voltage
(up to 400 V) square wave performance over a wide range of applications.
In many situations, square wave excitation provides greater signal amplitude
with no loss of near-surface resolution. Setting the pulse width provides
the operator with a degree of frequency control that is not available
in conventional spike pulsers. |

Panametrics-NDT
5900 computer-controlled pulser-receiver is designed for high frequency
ultrasonic testing using computer-based systems for automatic testing
or stored setups to speed repetitive manual tasks. With a receiver bandwidth
of 200 MHz, the 5900PR pulser-receiver permits successful testing in applications
where lower frequency instruments fail to provide adequate resolution. |

Panametrics-NDT
5910PR computer-controlled high frequency pulser-receiver is designed
for ultrasonic testing at frequencies as high as 400 MHz using computer-based
systems for automated testing, or stored setups to speed repetitive manual
tasks. The 5910PR consists of a receiver/power supply unit (5910R), a
remote pulser/preamplifier (5910RPP) and an interconnecting cable set
(5910CS). roperties, degree of nodularity in cast metals and curing of composites. |
