There are 3 models available: SH-100 hermetic single-scroll pumps are designed to provide reliable, dry vacuum in a small, economical package. This simple, reliable design uses the proven TriScroll™ seal technology for longer demonstrated maintenance intervals. TriScroll 300 and Triscroll 600 are multi-stage dry primary vacuum pumps designed and manufactured by Varian for high reliability. The TriScroll pumps produce oil-free vacuum at high speed and low ultimate pressure. The unique, patented TriScroll features proven reliability and durability, leading to superior cost of ownership and consistent performance.

Includes the new Smart Pumps, operating from atmosphere to 2 x 10-3 mbar, Varian’s rotary vane pump is designed and manufactured to meet the demanding requirements of various industrial and scientific applications, Varian’s reliable Rotary Vane Pumps ensure high pumping stability for light gases, low noise, minimal oil back-streaming, and a long operating life. >  Turbo Pumps

Turbo pump ishigh vacuum pump operating up to 10-10 mbar. Varian offers wide range of Turbo Pumps with various capacity from 70 to 6000 l/s. Its state-of-the-art MacroTorr technology ensures maximum throughput, extends foreline pressure tolerance and increases the compression ration. The monolithic rotors, that machined from a single aluminum block, allows operation from any position without compromise and reduces the stress on the bearing and the material. Varian’s turbo pump is equipped with maintenance-free ceramic ball bearing that requires no oil, causes no contamination and increases MTFF.

Ion pump is an ultra-high vacuum pumps in diode, noble diode, and StarCell® versions, operating from 10-4 to 10-11 mbar. VacIon Plus is a complete family of ion pumps, controllers, options, and accessories, designed to provide solutions to every application. Parameters such as operating pressure, the mixture of gases to be pumped, and the maximum starting pressure can vary so dramatically that no one ion pump would be the best in every case. That is why Varian offers such a complete range of ion pump types and sizes, so that the best performance can be selected for each application.
