Bosello SRE 80 is X-Ray Real Time system suitable for up to 40 x 50cm component and weight up to 15 Kgs in a small production environment. The systems uses modular steel lead construction techniques for the cabinets and a new manipulator built completely out of aluminium. The system includes handling axes driven by linear attuators and heavy duty guide. The manipulator includes an aluminium turntable (diameter 400mm) where the casting is placed with the possibility to tilt, rotate, move on two directions (left/right and zoom), up and down. The system can be equipped with High frequency X-Ray from 100 to 160 kV.

The systems uses modular steel lead construction techniques for the cabinets and a new manipulator built completely out of aluminium. The system includes C-Arm manipulator with five handling axes either in manual or CNC operator controlled console. CNC Software under WINDOWS NT® based operating system. Handling axes is driven by a screw and linear duty guide. The manipulator includes an aluminium turntable (diameter 400mm) where the casting is placed with the possibility to tilt, rotate and move on two directions (left/right and enlargement). The X-Ray system is moved on up/down axis only. The system can be equipped with High frequency X-Ray from 100 to 320 kV.

The systems uses modular steel lead construction techniques for the cabinets and a new manipulator built completely out of aluminium. The system includes C-Arm manipulator with five handling axes, available in either manual or CNC operator controlled console. CNC Software under WINDOWS NT® based operating system. The manipulator includes an aluminium turntable (diameter 500mm) where the casting is placed with the possibility to rotate and move on two directions (left/right) and enlargement. The X-Ray system is moved on up/down and tilted axes. The turntable of the manipulator goes outside to the radiation enclosure to facilitate the loading/unloading operations. The system can be equipped with High frequency X-Ray from 100 to 225 kV.
Bosello SRE HEX is the newest model with integrated control panel in one compact & light console that allows easy transport and installation. This model is suitable for components up to 25 Kgs. The system handles 6 independent axes (2 additional axes for motorized programmable shutters on X-Ray tube), available in either manual or CNC operator controlled console. All SRE models can be equipped with wheel rotating fixture to allow wheel inspection. This fixture can be installed / uninstalled so the SRE system can be used for different component inspection purposes.
Thunder III is a high - speed radioscopic inspection system for light alloy wheels that complies with national (DPR 185) and international (ICPR) regulations. This system is the most advanced solution for the in-line inspection of alloy wheels. The system is designed to inspect wheels from 13 to 26", height 4 to 11" and maximum weight of 50 Kgs, with inspection rate of > 145 wheels/ hour. Wheels are transported on the chain conveyor into the entrance tunnel. The entrance tunnel is fitted with alternate action sliding doors so that wheels can enter into the radiation enclosure without turning off X-Ray's. This allows the loading and unloading of the wheels during the inspection cycle. Dead time from inspected wheel to wheel is 2 seconds. The five axes manipulator of THUNDER-III simultaneously moves the X-Ray system and Image detector to obtain the best possible image. A special rotation device moves the wheel. The equipment can be supplied with our Automatic Wheel Identifier system and fully automatic radioscopic inspection system.
