EPXT B-SCAN

Panametrics-NDT™ EPOCH XT offers a fully encoded B-scan option that displays scanned thickness measurements of internally corroded pipe or tank walls as easy-to-read cross-sectional images. This time-saving B-scan option works with multiple crawlers and encoders providing important transducer location information of distance travelled. Complete with thickness markers the B-scan option provides readings at specific scan locations and the ability to automatically save A-scans for minimum thickness data or when triggered by alarm conditions.

Omniscan Corrosion Mapping

OmniScan 2-channel UT B-Scan Corrosion Mapping Kit. This kit includes the OmniScan MX UT, the manual Remote Scan B-scan position encoder, TomoView Lite software, and a dual-UT probe. This kit addresses your B-scan inspection needs—for spot checks and one-line scans on ferrous steel structures, plates, pipes, and more. Choosing the OmniScan MX UT provides you with a wide range of instrument configurations to keep all your options open for the future and to meet more technically advanced requirements. Tomoview Lite software features data-file conversion, PC based post processing & reporting, B-scan data file emerging, C-scan analysis, adjustment, and display layout modification.

The fully modular OmniScan MX platform can host several acquisition modules featuring technologies such as conventional UT, phased array UT, conventional eddy current, and eddy current array.
