EPOCH 1000

The EPOCH 1000 Series Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors combines the highest level of performance for conventional portable flaw detection with the power of phased array imaging. The EPOCH 1000 is an advanced conventional ultrasonic flaw detector that can be upgraded with phased array imaging at an authorized Olympus service center. The EPOCH 1000iR provides the same ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities as the EPOCH 1000 with the benefit of upgrading to phased array with simple field-remote activation. The EPOCH 1000 & EPOCH 1000iR provide advanced conventional ultrasound capabilities for both the standard and advanced level inspector. These portable instruments can also be integrated into small systems for high speed scanning and single channel imaging. They come standard with a host of high performance features, including a 6 kHz maximum Pulse Rate Frequency (PRF) with single-shot measurements for accurate high speed scanning applications, tunable square wave pulser with PerfectSquare™ technology, and comprehensive digital filter sets for exceptional signal-to-noise clarity.

EPOCH XT

The Panametrics-NDT™ EPOCH XT Ultrasonic Flaw Detector is designed for great inspection flexibility and for use in extreme environments. It combines a multitude of enhanced flaw detection and measurement features, a bright multi-color LCD, versatile battery options, powerful data management, and numerous software features in a compact  unit with a sealed case designed to meet IP67 requirements.

The EPOCH XT incorporates many standard measurement features including a tunable square wave pulser, selectable narrow-band and broad-band digital filters, gain range from 0 to 110 dB, peak memory and peak hold, adjustable PRF, 0.001 in. (0.01 mm) measurement resolution, and two gates with programmable alarms. In addition, the unit offers many standard and optional application-specific software features: Dynamic DAC/ TVG (Distance Amplitude Correction/ Time Varied Gain), On-board DGS/AVG, AWS D1.1 & D1.5, Curved Surface Correction, and GageView Pro.

EPOCH LTC

The Panametrics-NDT™ EPOCH LTC Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector offers state-of-the-art technology in a package that is compact and lightweight 2.12 lbs (0.96 kg). Based on the design of the class-leading EPOCH XT, the EPOCH LTC is a full-featured instrument with EN12668-1 compliance and a wide variety of standard features as well as specialized options to meet your inspection needs.

The instrument features a bright multicolour transflective display with full VGA (640 x 480) resolution providing a high resolution A-scan and superior visibility in all lighting conditions, including direct sunlight. The EPOCH LTC is also designed to the requirements of IP67, assuring that the instrument will perform in the harsh environments common in the inspection field.

Customize Interface Software

We have successfully developed Interface Software to automatically upload Data Files from customer system to the UT instrument and to download Inspection Data from UT instruments to customer system. Our Interface Software has bee used by major oil and gas companies worldwide that requires Risk Based Inspection and/ or engineering assessment data without manual input to ensure human-error free results.
