25DP PLUS
The Panametrics-NDT™ Model 25DL PLUS ultrasonic precision thickness gage provides cost-effective solutions in applications where the opposite side of the test material is difficult or impossible to reach. An important benefit of this handheld unit is its ability to make thickness measurements on many materials in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. A large Liquid Crystal Display displays both the live ultrasound waveform and the thickness reading. Operation of this handheld gage is intuitive with a color-coded keypad and direct-access number keys.
One of the many unique features of this gage, Application Auto-Recall, allows the user to select and recall any of the stored standard or custom transducer setups in the gage's memory. This permits easy switching among our full line of contact, delay line, and immersion transducers to solve an almost infinite number of measurement problems.
25HP PLUS
The Model 25HP PLUS is an advanced ultrasonic gage that makes thickness, material velocity, and time of flight measurements on materials such as composites, fiberglass, plastic, rubber, and cast metals that are difficult or impossible to measure using standard ultrasonic gages. Measuring sound velocity with this gage allows monitoring of changes in material properties such as the degree of nodularity in cast metals.
The 25HP PLUS features a large LCD that displays both the selected type of measurement in bold numerals and the live ultrasound waveform. This unique gage features a host of standard measurement features and a sophisticated alphanumeric file-based datalogger.
25MX PLUS
The Panametrics- NDT™ 25MX PLUS is an ultrasonic precision thickness gage that provides cost-effective solutions in applications where the opposite side of the test material is difficult or impossible to reach. Multipoint and single thickness measurements can be made on a wide variety of materials including metal, plastic, rubber, glass, fiberglass, and composites.

Immersion & Bubblers
Panametrics- NDT™ RBS-1 immersion tank is designed to simplify ultrasonic thickness measurements using immersion techniques. It consists of a clear acrylic tank, a submersible pump and a transducer fixture in a single, portable unit. It is ideal for offline thickness measurements on metal, glass and plastic products such as small containers, pipe or tubing, sheets or plates or machined parts.
Panametrics- NDT™ offers bubblers for easy implementation of immersion testing. They act as a holder for the transducers to maintain consistent water flow from transducer to test surface, and prevent the accumulation of air bubbles on the transducer face. Handheld bubbler transducers are available in either 20 MHz (V316B) or 10 MHz (V312B). They are immersion transducers that screw onto a bubbler assembly (B120), which has a replaceable stainless steel tip and a water feed tube. They offer high resolution and easy access inspection of thin materials.
